FAQ
Short answers to the questions people ask most.
Do I need SOL?
A little, for Solana’s network fee when you deposit (about 0.000005 SOL). Trading and withdrawing cost no SOL.
Is there funding or a fee to hold a position?
No. You can hold a position as long as you like at no cost.
Why did I get less than the price move?
Winning closes go through four steps: deadband, impact haircut, hold time and win fee. The explorer entry of your close shows each one. See Profit settlement.
Why is my profit in a queue?
The token’s pool didn’t have enough to pay it. You are paid first come, first paid as losses refill it. Your collateral was already returned. See Payout queue.
Can I lose more than my collateral?
No. A position’s loss is capped at its collateral, and nothing else is taken from your balance.
Can I add collateral to an open position?
No. Open a new position, or use less leverage to give a position more room.
Why can’t I open a position?
Your available balance may be too small, the market may be paused (under $100K market cap) or frozen, or longs and shorts in that market would be more than $100,000 apart.
Can I withdraw to another wallet?
No. Withdrawals always go to the wallet you signed in with.
How do I list a token?
On the Pools page: 100 USDC alone, or together with others through a request. See Opening a pool.
Why is the quote token (SOL or PUMP) never shown?
It doesn’t change anything for you: prices, collateral and results are all in dollars.
